Each night we dream and sometimes we catch a glimpse into our unconscious that is not always available to us in our waking day. Dreamwork can help the dreamer understand the challenges they are facing in their waking realities.

Mary will work with you to interpret your dreams, offering concrete techniques for recalling and uncovering the hidden meanings of your dreams for inspiration and guidance. In group sessions Mary will discuss how to examine the significance of dreams through a variety of perspectives.

Sessions include:
• Strategies for journaling and dream recall
• Understanding symbols, metaphor, and images
• Cultivating increased awareness of living a symbolic life through dream work

Individual sessions: $40 online/$60 in person
Dream incubation session: $100
Group class (4 total): $50 a series

Group classes and individual sessions
Tarot cards and their symbols can be a powerful tool for personal reflection and growth. With Mary's knowledge of archetypes and stories, and with her wisdom born of experience, you will gain insights on the topics of your choosing.

Tarot spreads are based on stories, mythology and symbols. By gaining insight into the themes revealed and their position in the spread, the reader can gain insight into their meaning. Mary will assist you in exploring questions about yourself through the practice of tarot reading, and you will learn how to conduct simple readings and how those readings can be used for guidance.

These sessions focus on:
• Gaining understanding of the context of the tarot cards
• Becoming familiar with the tarot symbols
• Exploring concepts of synchronicity and how they can support your inner journey

Individual readings: $40 (for 40 minutes)

In her spiritual companionship offerings, Mary employs her training in Jungian studies and her years of dream work and mythology studies to help individuals reflect on valuable questions that can aid them in finding the courage and inspiration to navigate life’s challenges. She can also offer knowledge-based instruction in group reflection, readings, experiential exercises, supported reflection, and group/individual consultation, depending on the specific situation.

Mary aims to be helpful, practical, and compassionate. Through expanding the awareness of mystical and wisdom traditions to connect to the Divine Mystery, she can help you utilize your own inner resources and connect you with outer resources to guide you in your life journey. This is Mary’s chosen work.
